Continuous Care/Preventative Maintenance Program

The first step is the site visit. OSS will get familiar with the site environment, gather data, and observe how the workflow is currently operating. We'll create a profile where we document the workflow and plot it against the organization's current, short and long term needs and goals. Finally, we'll present our findings to you and discuss how to address areas of concern.
